Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with DisputeFrog within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, contact us at support@disputefrog.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your DisputeFrog subscription at any time. Cancellation is immediate through your account settings:

  1. Log in to your account at disputefrog.com.
  2. Go to Account → Plan & Billing.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

You can also cancel by emailing support@disputefrog.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your cancellation within one business day.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again. Access to paid features ends when the billing period expires.

2. Refunds

  • 7-day guarantee (new subscribers): Full refund of your first month's charge if requested within 7 calendar days of the original subscription date.
  • Renewal charges: Refunds for renewal charges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge.
  • Prorated upgrades: If you upgrade from DIY to AI Pro mid-cycle, you are charged only the prorated difference. These prorated charges are non-refundable once AI Pro features have been accessed.
  • After 7 days: We do not issue refunds for months already billed beyond the 7-day window, except where required by law.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@disputefrog.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address on your account.
  • The reason for your request (optional but appreciated).
  • The approximate date of the charge.

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time with your bank may vary.

4. Exceptions

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Physical mailing fees (Click2Mail postal delivery charges) once a letter has been submitted for printing and mailing.
  • Subscription months where access was actively used to generate or send dispute letters, beyond the 7-day guarantee period.

5. CROA Three-Day Right of Rescission

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel this agreement within 3 business days of the date you signed it, without any penalty or obligation. To cancel within this period, notify us by email at support@disputefrog.com. You are entitled to a full refund of any payment made if you cancel within this window.
