1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the DisputeFrog platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and DisputeFrog.

2. Description of Service

DisputeFrog provides a software platform that assists you in organizing, preparing, and submitting credit dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The Service includes AI-assisted letter generation, credit report analysis tools, dispute tracking, and educational content about the credit dispute process.

DisputeFrog is a technology platform. We are not a law firm, credit counseling agency, or financial advisor. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, or credit counseling advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

DisputeFrog offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

  • DisputeFrog DIY: $49.99/month. Provides access to guided dispute tools and letter generation.
  • DisputeFrog AI Pro: $97.99/month. Includes all DIY features plus AI-powered analysis, multi-round strategy, and AI coaching.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be downgraded. We do not prorate partial months on cancellation. For refunds, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Important Notice

DisputeFrog cannot guarantee that disputing inaccurate information will result in the removal of negative items or an improvement in your credit score. Credit bureaus and creditors are only required to remove information that cannot be verified as accurate. Results vary depending on the accuracy of the information in your credit file and the responses of credit bureaus and creditors.

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no charge.

7. Your Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information at all times.
  • Use dispute letters only for legitimate disputes of information you believe to be inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable.
  • Not use the Service to dispute accurate information or to file frivolous disputes.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of third parties without authorization.
  • Comply with all applicable federal and state laws.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and AI-generated letter templates, is the property of DisputeFrog or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Dispute letters generated on your behalf are yours to use for their intended purpose.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPUTEFROG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 6, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DisputeFrog is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Consumer Rights Under Federal Law (Required Disclosure)

Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. There is no fee for this service. Any reputable credit bureau will provide you a copy of your credit report and tell you about your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You have the right to add a 100-word statement to your report if your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction.

A credit repair company does not have any special ability to remove accurate and timely negative information from your credit report. You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair company for any reason within 3 business days of signing.
